NO-BAKE CANNOLI
CREAM PIE
No bake cannoli
cream pie. Best Dessert and delicious but ridiculously easy to make!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta
- dash of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest optional
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 9-inch store bought graham cracker pie crust
- 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
TOPING
- 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
INTRUCTIONS
- Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth and soft.
- Add a condensed cream and shake it on high until it thickens and a soft top is formed.
- Reduce speed and mix in ricotta, confectionery, cinnamon and orange peel until well blended.
- Fold 1/2 glasses of chocolate chips.
- Apply the mixture into the crust.
- Chill for 3-4 hours or preferably overnight until set.
- Before serving, prepare the whipped cream topping.
- Pour the thick cream into a medium bowl and stir well by using a shaker until the top of the soft shape is formed and stir the sugar finely. Spread the above set of cheesecake.
- Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips.
