How To Make Oreo Cheesecake Chocolate Cake

Cake Chocolate Oreo Cheesecake, so a decadent chocolate cake recipe. The Oreo cheesecake is pinned between two layers of soft, rich and fudgy chocolate cakes.

DESCRIPTION
Oreo Cheesecake Chocolate Cake, so decadent chocolate cake recipe.


INGREDIENTS
For chocolate cake:
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1–3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1–1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1–1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup boiling water

For no-baked Oreo cheesecake filling:
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese-softened
  • 12 Oreo Cookies- coarsely crushed
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar

For milk chocolate ganache:
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz. milk chocolate-finely chopped

For garnish:
  • 3/4 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS
To make the cake:
  • Heat the oven first to 350 °f and lubricated two round 9 inches of pan and coat the bottom with bread paper.
  • In a large bowl stir sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla and stir at a medium speed of 2 minutes.
  • Add boiling water and stir until blended.
  • Divide the dough into 2 pots prepared and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted in the middle out clean.
  • Chill 10 minutes in a wok, then release from pan to reverse wire rack (this makes the Dome cake flat) and chill it completely

To make the filling:
  • In a large bowl, mix the heavy whipped cream up to a toned peak.
  • In another bowl, shake cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Mix the cheese cream and whipped cream and stir the crushed Oreo.



To make the ganache:
  • In a sauce pan over a minced chocolate milk with low melting heat, lift from the flames and stir in a viscous cream. Stir until blended and pour over the cake. (if it is too dilute, chill a little until ganache thickened but still thin enough to shed sides of the cake).
