How To Make Loaded Mediterranean Street Fries

DESCRIPTION

Loaded Mediterranean street cart fries : Fries with fresh romaine, tzatziki, Merinated tomato and chickpeas, feta cheese, and many more. No meat and amazing, everything in one.


INGREDIENTS
Tzatziki

  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped fresh parsley
  • a few pinches of chopped fresh dill
  • half of a zucchini, grated.
  • 1 cup plain full fat yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt and lemon juice to taste
Marinated Tomatoes And Chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • fresh minced parsley to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 4-6 tomatoes, diced
  • lemon juice to taste


Other Ingredients:
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, washed and roughy chopped
  • pita bread and oil for frying
  • 1 bag sweet potato fries
  • Toppings (see notes)

INSTRUCTIONS
  • TZATZIKI: Combine the ingredients with a TZATZIKI-feel and adjust until it touches the place for you.
  • TOMATO/CHICKPEAS: Stir beans and tomatoes along with oil, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley to marinated.
  • SWEET POTATO: Bake the fries according to the package instructions. While the sweet potatoes were baked, cut the lettuce and fry the slices.
  • PITAS: For the Pitas, cut each one into pieces and fry in a shallow layer of cooking oil (such as vegetable oil) until golden brown and somewhat crispy. Drain on paper tissue and sprinkle with salt.
  • ASSEMBLY: Raft each vessel with a layer of fries, tzatziki, tomato and marinated beans, fried ribbon, romaine, feta cheese, and more. The Mwah!
